How to make homemade fajita dough (makes about 15 fajitas)

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour (250 gr)
  • Oil (3 teaspoons)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Water (150cc)

Preparation

  1. Grab a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients (flour and salt) until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Add the oil and continue mixing.
  3. Finally, add the water and continue mixing until everything is integrated. It has to form a dough solid enough to grab and divide into little balls.
  4. Divide the dough into 15 buns and leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  5. Stretch each bun with the help of a rolling pin. They have to be as thin as possible, since with the fire they rise.
  6. Once stretched, take them to a pan (previously buttered) for less than a minute. Once one side is browned, turn and repeat the same procedure.

Fajitas with guacamole, tuna and cream cheese

Ingredients

  • avocado (1)
  • Tomato (1)
  • onion (1)
  • Lemon (just a few drops)
  • Salt (1 pinch)
  • pepper (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel an onion and cut it into very small pieces.
  2. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
  3. Open the avocado with the help of a knife and a spoon and pour it into a bowl. Stir well until creamy.
  4. Add the onion and tomato. Stir again.
  5. Finally, add a few drops of lemon and salt to taste. You can also add a pinch of pepper, although it is an optional step.
  6. Once the guacamole is obtained, add it to the quickie along with the cream cheese and the tuna.

  • 1 piece of chicken (preferably breast or thigh)

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken into very thin strips and cook it in a pan over low heat.
  2. Cut the onion, zucchini and bell pepper into strips.

  5. Once cooked, take everything out and let it cool for a few minutes.
