- 1 yellow apple
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 150 grams of milk cream
- Zest of the peel of 1 lemon
- 150 grams of wheat flour
How do you prepare?
Peel your apple, previously washed and cut it in 4. Remove the seeds.
