JW Marriott Hotel Lima has announced the reopening of its gastronomic spaces, such as the La Vista restaurant, the JW Lounge and the JW Market; where visitors can enjoy the variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The architecture of restaurants They are inspired by the geographical and historical context of different sites in Peru.

For example, the high sand-colored walls resemble the cliffs that protect the coastline of Lima on the Costa Verde, the angular and geometric wall evokes the walls of the Incas and other pre-Hispanic cultures, and the vertical gardens in both the La Vista Restaurant and the JW Lounge refer to the Costa Verde and the vast extension of the Amazon in Peru.

-Gastronomic diversity-

People will be able to taste dishes from the mountains of Cusco to dishes from the jungle of Loreto. Chef Rafael Casín, who has more than 20 years of experience in international cuisine, brings a concept that consists of showing the great pantry of products from Peru. “I am convinced that they will really enjoy our new proposal”Casin comments.

At Restaurant La Vista, the public will be able to taste the Paiche cooked with Josper with lucuma purée and loche squash, green curry sauce and Copoazú, cecina sand and chestnut slices from Tambopata, a dish clearly based on ingredients from the Jungle; the Curoc pork belly and the hotel’s versions of traditional recipes such as the Ceviche with tiger’s milk and chili limo, the Tiradito with scallop and cushuro emulsion, the cause of independence and the inevitable Lomo saltado.

Mixology, signature cocktails and a select and distinguished Cava are available at the JW Lounge accompanying an avant-garde proposal prepared by our itamaes, experts in Sushi and the best of Nikkei cuisine. These proposals can be enjoyed from Monday to Sunday from 5 pm to 12 am

The JW Market is run by Valery Schroth, the hotel’s pastry chef, and marks a concept of innovative gourmet pastry options, being a milestone for the property, as it becomes the first hotel in the region to incorporate this new concept. It is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Opening hours of La Vista restaurant

  • Breakfast: Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • Lunch: Monday to Wednesday from 12:30 pm to 7 pm (chef Rafael Casin’s signature menu)
  • Buffet: Thursday to Saturday from 12:30 pm to 4 pm
  • JW tea time: from Thursday to Saturday from 5 pm to 7 pm
