- 1 pomelo
- toasted sesame seeds
- 2 fennel
- a bunch of fresh coriander
- lime juice
- sesame oil
- a fresh chilli
- 1 bunch of parsley
Exotic salad, procedure
Cut the fennel, well washed and peeled, into strips that you will collect in a bowl. Add the chopped parsley, toasted sesame seeds, fresh chilli and small pieces of pomelo pulp. Drizzle with the lime juice and sesame oil.
Sprinkle with coriander and mix all ingredients to get a uniform flavor. Serve the exotic salad.
