Ingredients:
- 1 banana medium
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp crushed oats (optional)
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Coconut oil to grease the waffle maker
Preparation
Place the bananas on a plate and mash with the help of a fork to the point of making them puree. Incorporate the egg into the mixture, beat and add cinnamon, almond milk, crushed oats (if desired) and vanilla.
Mix very well you can do it manually or help yourself with the blender until everything is very well unified.
