Ingredients:
- 300 g pork rinds with meat
- 3 tomatoes in pieces
- 1/4 of onion in pieces
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup of whipping cream
- Salt and pepper
Procedure:
- For the base of the cream, in a pot we are going to sauté the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Once golden, add the tomato, pork rind and whipping cream. We cook for another 10 minutes and blend very well so that the consistency is very smooth.
- Return the cream to the pot and cook to finish seasoning with salt and pepper.
