Breakfasts or snacks are sometimes boring because we fall into consuming an infusion and something solid. Only this time we think of something nutritious and easy to solve like this chia pudding. Chia seeds are ideal to accompany meals, they can be used as a complement in: salads, rice, pasta and other dishes.
In this recipe, the small seeds are a nutritional addition, they are a wonderful vegetable source of omega-3 fatty acids; it also provides omega-6 in the optimal proportion and minerals such as calcium, magnesium and boron. Which is why you’ll want to find the recipes to use chia.
The pudding It is an easy and pleasant way to include chia seeds in your diet, now write down the details and surprise everyone at snacks.
- 4 tablespoons of ground chia seeds.
- 100 ml of mineral water.
- 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar, coconut nectar or raw agave syrup.
- 4 tablespoons of oatmeal granola and nuts.
- 400 ml of coconut milk.
Distribute the two spoons of chia in different individual containers.
Mix the water with the coconut milk and whisk together until smooth.
Add 250 ml of the previous mixture to each bowl, stirring constantly so that all the seeds are well hydrated.
Let stand at least 30 minutes.
Stir again and, if necessary, add a little more mineral water to get the texture you like best.
In a glass, put 1 tablespoon of granola on the base, pour part of the pudding on top, again make a layer with 1 tablespoon of granola and finish with the pudding.
Then decorate, with chocolate chips or some rich red fruits or pieces of fresh fruit.
