Meet Alfredo González, the chef who bets on cooking without pretensions

He is a Mexican chef who has forged his experience in restaurants such as Pujol, by Enrique Olvera; Quintonil, by Jorge Vallejo, both located in Mexico City; Cosme, in New York, also from Olvera; Mexique, by Carlos Gaytán, in Chicago; and Aponiente, a site with three Michelin stars, by chef Ángel León, located in Spain.
