- turkey slices
- cherry tomatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- spices and flavorings to your liking
- organic lemon juice
- half a shallot

Meat salad with avocado, procedure
Steam the turkey slices, turning them halfway through cooking to have white meat on both sides. Once cooked, brown the meat in a pan with a drizzle of oil, turning it halfway through cooking to obtain an even browning. After the necessary time, cut the turkey into cubes that you will collect in a bowl and flavor it with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Add the rocket leaves, the cleaned avocado cut into wedges, the red cherry tomatoes cut into chunks. Salt, pepper and flavor with the chopped herbs and spices. Finally, tie everything together with an emulsion made with the oil and chopped shallot. Mix carefully and let it rest for at least a few minutes before serving.
