Juarenses invited to Restaurant Week

Taking into account that Puerto Vallarta is one of the favorite destinations for border residents, Juarenses were invited to Restaurant Week, a traditional culinary festival in that port that began this week and will last until June 10.

Jorge Chávez, executive director of Restaurant Week, stressed that for the destination, which is in full recovery, it is very important to reactivate this type of event that boosts both national and foreign tourism.

He indicated that after the pandemic the event returns on its traditional dates and this time its promotion in the northern zone was taken into account, a market that although it said it did not have numbers, it has registered a strong rebound.

“It is important to publicize and make public that the festival is designed for both Mexicans and foreigners who visit the destination, we encourage them to take a walk, make reservations and come and enjoy the wide variety of gastronomy that is offered to them. offer,” he said.

He stressed that in the 40 participating restaurants you will be able to taste dishes of Mexican cuisine, fusion, specialties such as Italian, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, among others, at prices that represent savings of 20 to 50 percent.

He explained that the businesses will have a special three-course menu in a price range from 299 to 499 pesos, not including drinks. And he recommended making a reservation before going.

Restaurante Week has been running for 18 years and has proven to be the meeting point for talented local and foreign chefs.

The Puerto Vallarta restaurants participating in the event are: Abbraccio Cucina Italiana, Archie’s Wok, Azafrán Restaurant, Barcelona Tapas, Basilio Comer & Beber, Blanca Blue, Bocados Steak House, Bravos Restaurant, Café des Artistes and Casa 449 • Contemporary Dining Room.

There are also Di Vino Dante, Eclecticos Restaurant & Bar, Eugenia, Hacienda San Ángel Gourmet, Joe Jack’s Fish Shack, Kaiser Maximilian Restaurant, La Cigale French Bistro, Le Kliff, Makal, Opa Greek Bistro, Serrano’s Meat House, Siam Cocina Thai, Sonora House.
