The tinga It is a typical Mexican dish that is made with shredded meat, be it chicken, pork or beef. As with all recipesits ingredients may vary according to the region or personal taste, but the one with chili sauce is still the most popular chipotle which is very easy and quick to cook.

How to make chipotle chicken tinga
- 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1 ½ onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 chipotle peppers
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 chicken broth (your choice)
- Blend the tomatoes, garlic and chipotle peppers until a sauce is created. If the mixture is too thick you can add a chicken broth
- Sauté the onion and once ready add the chicken there. A few seconds later add the sauce that was obtained in the previous step.
- Cook the chicken tinga over low heat, about 20 minutes, until it turns color or looks ready.
- Serve in a deep plate. The ideal is to eat it hot.
