Lovers of racing, especially the Trail, cannot miss the Trail Challenge Rincón de la Vieja 2022, organized by Costa Rica Ecogreen, which will take place on May 21.
This is the eighth edition of the event, which changes location every year, this time it will cover 5 km from the entrance to Curubande on the north inter-American highway towards Rincón de la Vieja.
Participants can choose different distances, the departures will be from 2:00 pm (50 km), 2:45 pm (30 km), 3:00 pm (21 km and 10 km) and at 3:45 pm (5 km ).
The idea is that everyone runs at sunset, the last participants of 30km and 50km will enter at night, detailed Costa Rica Ecogreen.
The event is 100% in the “White” zone of Liberia, so the sunsets are spectacular and running at night is very safe.
The first 3 women and 3 men in general (regardless of their age category) will be awarded with trophies and products from the sponsors.
The Major and Master categories will be awarded to the first 3 men and first 3 women, with a recognition.
