After two years of cancellation, Lollapalooza is back

In addition, you can enjoy organic salads, smoked meats in homemade breads, vegan and natural ice cream in different formats and flavors, sushi salads, empanadas and pizzas with gourmet flavors, sweet and savory churros, donuts, a wide variety of hamburgers and fries with toppings.

Healthy options are the protagonists. This year, vegetarian, vegan and celiac-friendly food proposals will prevail in the foodtrucks of the Green Spirit space and also in all the gastronomic areas. Here are some of the places that will be present during the weekend.

Among them stand out La Mar. It is a cevichería recognized among the 100 best restaurants in Latin America. He will participate in the festival with his unique proposal of Peruvian and Nikkei cuisine. It will bring a selection of its most iconic dishes in special presentations to consume on the go, featuring excellent quality fish and shellfish and ingredients that shine for their freshness and flavor.

The available options will be: the Classic Cebiche with catch of the day in leche de tigre with cilantro, red onion, sweet potato, fried field and corn ($950); the bow Poke Nikkei with sushi rice, fresh fish tartare, oriental aromas and cucumber, avocado and nori salad ($900); the Poke Veggie bowl with sushi rice, avocado, nori, toragashi, seasonal fruit, cucumber, carrot, conegui onion, soy mayonnaise and sesame seeds ($850) and the La Mar hamburger with a fresh fish smashed-burger and lacquered prawns in nikkei sauce, tomato, lettuce, cheese, hoisin mayonnaise and sesame ($950). As a sweet option, they will have one of their most popular desserts, the Querendona, a moist chocolate cake filled with dulce de leche and chocolate fudge ($650).

Hell’s Pizza will be a local pioneer in New York-style “by the slice” pizzas, will be present with its giant, finite and crispy portions created by master pizza chef Danilo Ferraz. The store with more than 30 branches in the country will carry the two most famous varieties of the brand, made with selected ingredients from small national producers that will be offered by the portion, three portions or in a combo of two portions plus a soft drink of your choice: the Obama with tomato sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni from Tandil (1x$400, 3x$1100 and combo for $1100); the Lincoln with tomato sauce and mozzarella (1x$350, 3x$900 and combo for $900) and a special variety without TACC (3x$1400).

Avocado Republic offers original recipes based on avocado and organic vegetables under a 100% sustainable concept. During these days, the successful proposal with offices in Palermo and Microcentro will serve savory and sweet options such as The Veggie Paradise wrap for $1,100 (avocado, tapenade, roasted pumpkin, goat cheese, cherry tomatoes, green leaves and lemon dressing), a homemade chipa with buffalo provoleta and avocado for $900, the Watermelon Sugar salad for $1100 (green mix, avocado, watermelon, goat cheese and mustard dressing) and the Sweet Banana waffle for $900 (with pastry dulce de leche, banana, granola and honey).

Mudrá, the restaurant with offices in Villa Crespo and Retiro, brings its innovative organic and plant-based proposal for vegans, vegetarians and curious foodies to enjoy with quality preparations, free of ingredients of animal origin. The menu prepared for these three days includes exclusive edition sushi pieces (5u for $700); a special portobello mushroom burger ($950) and his usual Margherita pizza with pomodoro, cashew cheese and basil pesto ($1100). To accompany, they will serve water and soft drinks.

Oleada, the first restaurant in the country to rediscover Mexican cuisine under a plant-based approach, It is part of the event with three typical tropical dishes made only with native foods of the land. These are simple preparations loaded with flavor to consume with your hands: crispy corn chips with guacamole and carrot cheddar ($800), hamburger with bean medallion, carrot cheddar, tomato, chipotle mayonnaise and lettuce ($990) and burrito with corn tortilla, refried beans, crispy portobello mushrooms, avocado, lettuce, sauerkraut and cashew emulsion ($990).

The Vegan Nature Foodtruck is part of the gastronomic proposals of #EspitituVerde at the most important music festival of the year, to respond to thousands of people who choose a responsible consumption of plant-based foods.

There are: science Workshop, that will teach doing experiments like a real scientist; eco-toys workshop: they will learn to make toys with recycled materials; screen printing workshop: art, painting, screen printing and series tattoos to show off with friends; school of Rock: to learn to play guitar, bass or drums in the rock school of kidzapalooza: look station: so that children can look like a rockstar; dance area: to learn the choreos and challenges of the moment with our super teachers and record yourself with #Kidza2022; rap school: space dedicated to improvisation and rap to play with words, share ideas, rhyme, rap and improvise and Zona Xtrema, to take the first steps on a slackline or get on the kidzapalooza skate ramp.
