The menu has a very wide variety. It has five savory sections and one sweet section. Among the salty ones are the appetizers, the “mains” or main dishes: pizzas, hamburgers and sushi.

Among the main ones are the Old-fashioned Portobello with grilled portobellos, quinoa, pumpkin, chimichurri and corn; the spicy tempeh udon: a plate of thick rice noodles, in veggie dashi with pasta based on hoisin and cashew sauce, with shitake mushrooms, tempeh and pak choi. Located in Palermo, Let It V was one of the places that opened in the middle of the pandemic. At first they sold some sushi rolls, but little by little their menu expanded, becoming a must for vegetarians and vegans. Its outdoor tables give it a warm touch, as well as every detail in the decoration of the dishes.

The current rolls combine mushrooms, vegetables, fruits (such as roasted pineapple), pickles, algae and dried fruit cheeses and, of course, rice. To drink they offer organic wines, tepache, Jamaican water and a refreshing lemonade. Upon arrival and throughout the meal they offer free flavored water.

The sushi, its fusion dishes and the poke salads stand out, such as the Prohibit, a plate of sautéed black rice with vegetables, sweet potato, roasted beets, marinated cauliflower and the emperor sauce (tahini, mustard and orange).

The menu features nine varieties of hamburgers made with certified organic vegetables free of pesticides, baked goods made with a mixture of “clean” flours and dressings, similar to sausages and different cheeses of plant origin.
