Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil and fry the eggs for a couple of minutes, add salt to taste. Repeat the step to have more pieces of starry egg, place on an extended plate and reserve.
Heat a comal and begin to form tortillas with the dough, but make them thicker and have a size like a sope. Clap with both hands to flatten a little, place on the griddle and let cook, turn when the edges begin to dry and let the other side cook for about 2 more minutes. Once out of the comal, pinch the edges and make as many pieces as you require.
To form these pinched spread a little beans, add grated cheese, lettuce and on top a piece of fried egg in each one. Decorate with the onion that you chopped at first and the tomato piece, add more cheese and sour cream to taste, finish with the green sauce.
