150 grams of spelled;

2 cans of tuna;

10 dried tomatoes;

Always cook the spelled in boiling salted water, let it cool. Once it has cooled, put it in a bowl and add the tuna: we can choose the natural one or the one in oil. Cut the dried tomatoes and mint into thin strips. Combine everything and enjoy happily. A perfect recipe for the summer is the cold spelled salad with prawns, a real delight with the scent of the sea.

240 gr of spelled;

350 gr of prawns;

Juice and zest of one lime;
