Chef Irvin Jiménez de cuina shares the recipe for three delicious desserts to surprise the most demanding palates

Chef Irvin Jiménez shares with us the recipe to prepare three delicious desserts made especially with chocolate from the Nestlé® Chocolatería-Desserts family, to delight the most demanding palates and surprise in every bite:


Cake Ingredients:

– 1 cup of evaporated milk

– 5 eggs

– 1 cup of corn oil

– 2 cups pancake flour

– ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

– ½ cup of sugar

– ½ Cup of Cocoa Nestlé® Chocolate Dessert

Cream Ingredients:

– 2 packages of cream cheese at room temperature (190 gc/u)

– 4 tablespoons of butter at room temperature

– 2 Nestlé® Bitter Chocolate Melt Bars (80g each)

– 2 cups of chopped walnuts


1.- Blend a cup of evaporated milk with the eggs, oil, flour, cinnamon and cocoa from Nestlé® Chocolatería-Desserts. Pour the mixture into a mold of 25 centimeters in diameter previously greased and floured; Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Unmold and cool.

2.- Beat the cream cheese with the butter and the bitter chocolate from Nestlé® Chocolatería-Desserts until completely integrated and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

3.- Spread the cream over the cake until completely covered and decorate with the nuts. Serve and offer.



– ½ stick of melted butter (90g)

– 3 melted milk chocolate bars Nestlé® Chocolatería-Desserts (160g each)

– ¼ sugar

– 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

– 3 eggs

– 2 ripe and mashed bananas

– ¼ cup evaporated milk

– 1 ½ cups of sifted flour

– 1 ½ tablespoons of baking powder

– 1 sliced ​​banana


1.- Beat the butter with the milk chocolate from Nestle® Chocolatería-Desserts, the sugar, the vanilla essence, the eggs, the bananas and the evaporated milk. Gradually add the flour and baking powder.

2.- Pour the mixture into a medium pancake mold, previously floured. Place the banana slices on top of the pancake and bake the pancake for 60 minutes or until the pancake is lightly browned.

3.- Unmold the pancake when it is cold, serve and offer.



– ½ stick of melted butter (45g)

– 3 bars of milk chocolate Nestlé Chocolatería-Desserts

– ½ cup evaporated milk

– 1 package of cream cheese at room temperature (190g)

– whipped cream

– 6 mint leaves


1.- Heat the butter with the milk chocolate from Nestlé® Chocolatería-Desserts in a ba~o-mari’a until they are completely melted and mix, moving constantly to prevent the chocolate from burning.

2.- Beat the evaporated milk with the cream cheese until completely integrated; pour the melted chocolate little by little in the form of a thread and beat until integrated.

3.- Pour the mixture into small glasses and cover with a little aluminum foil, refrigerate for 1 hour. Decorate with whipped cream, mint leaves, serve and offer.
