As part of the gastronomic pop-ups that have been made in Mexicoon this occasion the recognized chef Daniela Soto-Innes join an initiative to send you an exclusive pairing menu to your home and here we share the details. The culinary experience is possible thanks to the third season of Müiwhere you can taste a five course menu with a box with everything you need to feel like in a luxury restaurant.
The designed menu by chef Daniela Soto-Innesconsidered the best female chef in the world in 2019, will be available to diners at the Mexico City the next Friday May 20 and Saturday May 21. In addition to the menu, it includes two bottles of wine, two bottles of pure water, a set of two glasses and two exclusive glasses, a cocktail and a dessert that can be marinated with one more bottle of tequila.
Regarding the participation of the renowned chef, Alonso Obregonhead of the Müi initiative and director of operations at Paladar, the project agency, recalls that “it’s not the first time than in palate we work with Daniela Soto-Innes. We did it a few years ago at Cosme and also at a couple of events last year”, although he assures that this Format delivery “keep liking very much to the people”, so it will be a way of pampering the diners.

Müi’s project is inspired by the food pop up concept which has had great success in countries such as Denmark, New York, Tokyo, among other cities, and has had the participation of large-scale restaurants such as Quintonil, Osso, Alcalde, Rokai, Kadoya, Rosetta, Astrid & Gastón, El Chato, among others.
