This Friday, March 11, the change of command ceremony was held, in which Gabriel Boric assumed as President of Chile, happening to Sebastian Pinera in charge.
During the day, Boric received signs of affection throughout his post-ceremony tour and went to the Presidential Palace of Cerro Castillo to offer a reception to the international authorities who attended the event.
Later, President Boric attended La Moneda after having delivered an emotional first speech as President, which lasted about half an hour, thus ending the day on Friday, March 11.
For this Saturday, Boric is expected to arrive at La Moneda to be received by the presidential guard, while at 9:00 am, the traditional Te Deum is expected to begin, where the presence of the President is expected.
