CAME Women attended a bilateral meeting between Argentina and Chile – Trade and Justice

Natalia Facciolo, deputy secretary of the Women Entrepreneurs sector of the Argentine Confederation of Medium Enterprises (CAME)participated in the “Argentina-Chile” Working Breakfast, held under the slogan “Public-Private Meeting: Productive Chains and Bilateral Economic Complementation for International Insertion”. On the occasion, the Head of State of the President of the Republic of Chile, Source Gabriel Boric.

The meeting was held in the Libertador Hall of the San Martín Palace and was attended by various national authorities: the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship, santiago cafiero; the Minister of Productive Development, Matias Kulfas and the Secretariat of International Economic Relations, Cecilia Todesca Bocco.

On behalf of Chile, the Minister of Energy, Claudio Huepe; the Undersecretary for International Economic Relations, Jose Miguel Ahumadaand the newly appointed Chilean ambassador to Argentina, Barbara Figueroa. The presidents of Icare, Lorenzo Gazmuri; of asymmetry, Dante Arrigoni; of System B Chile, josefa monge; of the trade association that brings together savings and credit cooperatives, Rodrigo Silva; of Women of the Pacific, Fernando Vicenteand the “ecofeminist” entrepreneur and co-founder of Empprendidas, Jessica Rodriguez. Also, businessmen and representatives of chambers and business entities of each country.

In this regard, the Chilean Head of State asked the business people present there «move towards a cycle of collaboration and stability based on the promotion of multilateralism, and productive development with a cross-cutting gender approach and putting protection at the center.

In this framework, the undersecretary of International Economic Relations of Chile, Jose Miguel Ahumadamade contact with faccioloin order to coordinate a meeting to discuss Women CAME and various gender issues.
